Refunds, Returns/Exchanges

Unfortunately, at this time, we are not accepting returns or exchanges.  All sales are final. Nude Brown Sugar is not responsible for lost or stolen items. If you have received a damaged item upon delivery, please contact us directly at contact@nudebrownsugar.com with in 48hrs of receiving your order for resolution. Please include photos of the damaged item and order number.

Nude Brown Sugar is not responsible for products that melt during transit. Please refer to our shipping policy on how to solidify melted products. Please understand that our whipped body butters are very delicate and stand the chance of melting when expose to warm temperatures. For this reason, we do not offer any refunds or exchanges on melted products.


Damaged Items

When your order arrives, please inspect the carton for any damage that may have occurred during shipment. It is normal for the shipping carton to show some wear, however, if damage occurred to the items in your shipment, please contact us at Nude Brown Sugar’s customer service at contact@nudebrownsugar.com. We will be happy to assist you.

Cancellation Policy

Please keep in mind that our order-fulfillment and shipping process is designed to get orders on their way quickly and efficiently. Therefore, we cannot change, price adjustments or cancel an order once it has been submitted
